Terms & Conditions


Now for the boring bit...

Our produce is sourced weekly and can vary based on seasonal/market availability so the grazes can be subject to change.  We are increasingly finding supplier issues with some of our products, we will always do our best to substitute and use more of alternative products to substitute.


We bake fresh EVERY DAY – therefore we always prefer you to enjoy your graze on the day you receive them. However, most of our products last perfectly well in the fridge for 2 days.


Returns – Due to the fresh nature of our products Graze by Dish do not accept returns.  Should we have incorrectly fulfilled your order (we are human, it does happen!) we will (if notified within 24 hours of receiving the product) offer a replacement or refunds.  Images of defective or incorrect products will be required.


Cancellations - Payment is not due until 7 days prior to receiving your Graze. Customers who pay before this will not be refunded if they wish to cancel their order.  No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.


For larger bespoke tables and events we request a non refundable save the date 10% deposit – this may increase depending on the scale of the event. Payment is due 28 days prior to the event.   If the event is cancelled within 3 months (or more) before the date we will issue a 50% refund.  We do not offer any refunds for cancellations within 3 months. We will always do our best to secure another date for the event, but regrettably once moved once, we are unable to move again and if cancelled no refund will be given.


Online Orders - Any items ordered via our online shop will not be refunded or exchanged, so please order carefully and ensure you have the correct date. Please check the top of the order page to ensure we are not closed on the day you would like your order.


Order Changes – we will always do our best to work with order changes, due to the nature and perishable products we work with this may not always be possible.  If you would like to change your order give us a call and we will do our best to it work.


Delivery – Our normal delivery area is within 10 miles of Exeter, however, we can often deliver further, just give us a call to discuss your requirements!  We do not offer delivery time slots, deliveries are handed to the recipient in person – you must be home to receive your graze order.  If you are not home the driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour if appropriate, failing the latter drivers will leave the order on the doorstop.  No refunds will be given for missed delivery.  Deliveries are between 10am – 5pm. If you would like an earlier delivery, please call us and we will endeavour to get your graze to you at the most convenient time possible.



Terms and Conditions for Social Media Competitions

The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

Winners will be selected at random by Graze by Dish.


There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The prizes cannot be swapped for money value and no alternatives will be offered.


The Winners must be able to collect the prize from Unit 12, Alphin Brook Road, Exeter, EX2 8RG by the date required on the social media post.


The winner will be notified by social media within 48 hours of the competition ending.  If the winner does not reply or claim the prize within 72 hours then we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and if appropriate pick a replacement winner.

The entrant must be following @grazebydish and have adhered to the competition's rules example like/tag


By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees to their name and image in any publicity material.


Graze by Dish's decision in respect of all matters to do with any competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


Graze by Dish reserve the right to change or cancel any competition if circumstances arise outside of our control.
