CANAPÉS

We have had a record year for weddings this year and enjoyed every one! Each and every one was different, and we loved playing our part, seeing the happy couple enjoy our food with their loved ones really is the best feeling.

More frequently this year we have been asked to provide canapés. A lot of weddings involve groups of people that don’t necessarily know each other very well, or see each other often, having staff walking around offering delicious nibbles can often make the atmosphere more hospitable, and help break the ice and get people talking – much like our grazing tables. They are sociable and a real conversation starter. You can create a real with your canapé choice and really get your wedding party started with a bang!

OUR CANAPÉS

In our opinion CANAPÉS should be bite sized, bright and attractive and mouth-wateringly tasty – all of which we think we’re pretty good at!

We always like to have something a little different up on sleeve so we have also added canapé boats and bamboo cups onto our list of services – these offer the wow factor, something we know we’re amazing at! They can be displayed on our wooden stands so guests help themselves, or we can serve them to your guests like a normal canapé. The boats are designed to hold up to 5 canapés (or we can adapt them to hold larger graze items so they turn into mini graze boards) you hold them in the palm of your hand with your champagne flute leaving your other hand freeze to sample the goods!

If none of the above whet your appetites you are more than welcome to send us over your favourite foods and we can get our creative minds working to produce something bespoke for you!

We would normally recommend 3-5 canapés per guest, these would normally be served over approximately an hour and a half accompanied by plenty of drinks...
