Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Exeter, a small charge will be applied. For delivery outside of this area – just get in touch.
Q. How do I order?

Q. How much notice do you need for a booking?
A. For boxes and platters we request 72 hours. For larger platters and grazing table bookings, we request at least 7 days. However, if you have a last-minute requirement please do get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Q. How long do you need to set the grazing tables up?
A. Depending on size, usually between 1 – 3 hours.
Q. Do you provide plates, cutlery and napkins?
A. Not as standard but we can certainly add this on to your booking for an additional cost. We provide biodegradable, one-use items or a multitude of reusable items for hire. Just let us know your requirements and we are happy to advise.
Q. Can you clear up after our event?
A. We certainly can! Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Q. Do you provide the tables?
A. The tables should be provided by or available at the venue. However, we can provide table hire if required, for an additional cost. Tables must be set up in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
Q. How long will the food last?
A. Grazing tables should be consumed within a 4-hour period. Grazing boxes will last up to 48 hours providing correctly stored and refrigerated at correct temperatures (between 0 – 5˚C).
Q. Can I cancel my booking?
A. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds without at least 7 days’ notice (boxes and platters) and at least 28 days’ notice (grazing tables). We are happy to accommodate a change of dates if possible.
Q. My venue doesn’t have a kitchen, is that a problem?
A. No problem! We can install your grazing table almost anywhere - we are not reliant on a kitchen.
Q. Do you cater for food allergies or intolerances?
A. Absolutely! We believe that no one should miss out due to intolerances or allergies and endeavour to go that extra mile (and beyond) to ensure that all of your guests are treated to the same level of deliciousness without the worry.
Q. Are you fully insured, and do you hold relevant food hygiene certificates?
A. Yes! We are fully insured, and all staff have the relevant food hygiene certification – so you’re in good hands. We are also in receipt of a 5 Star food hygiene rating.
